James Demyen is appointed COO of Léargas Security!

Léargas Security is pleased to announce that James Demyen will be joining the organization as Chief Operating Officer. More recently, Mr. Demyen was the Founder and President at Critical Path Advisors, an organization focused on helping small and mid-market companies link people, operations, and performance to drive efficiencies and turn areas of stagnation into growth.

James is a strategic visionary in Global HR & Operations, Technology Solutions, and Cybersecurity. Throughout his career James has been a primary advisor on technology and innovation, responsible for the design and implementation of all technology initiatives. His ability to partner with cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives while providing standards for system design, efficiency gains, and profitability is second to none. He successfully managed the design and delivery of a flagship global financial platform, including strategic planning and requirements analysis, technology architecture and road map, cybersecurity, budgetary creation, resource definition and allocation, and all project governance and communication (stakeholder/board of directors).

Additionally, he's implemented several successful point solutions for key clients, including a web-based reporting and analytics solution for Google and a global paid-time off management portal for eBay, the latter of which won the 2013 Outstanding Technology Development award from Payroll World Magazine.

James has traveled domestically and abroad to conduct global Human Capital Management and Cybersecurity system implementation for a wide array of Fortune 500 clients. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from Rutgers College. He also holds a Technical Degree from the Chubb Institute and hopes to soon complete his Masters of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
